Hi, I just wanted to inform you all that in the ICCRG session tomorrow, Monday afternoon, there will be a talk by Grenville Armitage entitled "CAIA Delay-Gradient TCP", which could be of interest to this group. I'm sorry that ICCRG overlaps with RTCWEb - this is very unfortunate, and I asked to have it change, but it didn't work out. Maybe some of you folks could still make it... Cheers, Michael
