Modified TFRC??? ...and I'm happy to present MulTFRC here, if there is interest, and/or some recent work that we've done on improving the TFRC implementation in DCCP (the message being: maybe it's not quite as bad as everyone now seems to think)
* Charter presentation, discussion (50 min) * Next steps/conclusion (10 min)
