It's worth considering; delay-sensitive CC needs an estimate of queuing delay (combined with all other delay sources). It would be interesting to compare the two in this framework in simulations. I personally seriously doubt it would beat harald's draft. -- Randell Jesup randell-ietf@jesup.org
