[R-C] Congestion subgroup get-together?

Hello friends, some of us will be in Taipei. It's unfortunate that Randell won't be. Still - it would make sense to take the opportunity to get together, preferably before the last session of RTCWEB (Thursday morning). Can I suggest that we meet for lunch on Wednesday? If anyone has a problem with that, I'll set up a Doodle, and we'll do the usual thing. Harald
