The Transport Area requests a Media Type review for four proposed new types: audio/rtx, video/rtx, text/rxt and application/rtx, intended for the IETF tree, and specified in http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-avt-rtp-retransmission-10.txt (Section 8). We know of one needed change: Author will be separated from Change Controller, and Change Controller will be modified to "AVT Working Group delegated from the IESG" Please provide any other comments as soon as possible.
