Re-registration of media type video/H264

      draft-ietf-avt-rtp-rfc3984bis-08.txt has passed Working Group Last Call in the 
AVT Working Group. Section 8.1 provides the media type registration template for 
media type video/H264, which was first registered by RFC 3984. The bis document 
adds a number of new parameters. Comments on the registration are welcome.
