We have repeatedly sent in registration application mails with now response about the future needs and wants to achieve the vnd.sema registration.

Have you submitted the registration to iana@iana.org and/or used the web form located at http://www.iana.org/cgi-bin/mediatypes.pl to request registration? You have to submit the registration to IANA; posting here is solely for review purposes and not registration. Ned P.S. It's possible I missed it, but I don't believe a vnd.sema registration has been passed on to the media types reviewer (me).
