RFC 4288 section 3.1 states: | The "owner" of a media type registration in the standards tree | is assumed to be the standards body itself. If the draft is supposed to become an IETF RFC I guess you need "change controller: IETF" or similar. If you want to register the IBE types *now* (if the IETF I-D is far from ready) maybe use the "vnd" or "prs" tree temporarily (?) At the moment the IETF tools server has only draft ibearch-06 without MIME types in its IANA considerations, is draft 07 for your proposal trapped somewhere ? Frank
